Our three-story Victorian mansion was built in 1890 and was one of the finest resorts of the time in South Haven. In 1989 the mansion was totally renovated and became The Yelton Manor. Elaine & Rob have been lovingly caring for their guests since. With a pampering staff and luxurious amenities, The Manor is within walking distance of South Haven’s quaint shops, lovely parks, and many fine restaurants. Open all year, The Manor has eleven gorgeous guest rooms including honeymoon and anniversary suites. Each room has private bath, cable TV and VCR. Many rooms have jacuzzi baths as well. Two parlors with fireplaces, two porches, a cozy den with a bar and popcorn maker, a lake-view “widow's watch” and other luxurious lounges hold our extensive library of unique books and videos while soothing music plays everywhere. The Manor's lakefront corner is beautifully groomed with award winning rose and perennial gardens, large gazebo deck and romantic double swings. Nightly Rates US Dollars subject to change From: $100.00 To: $245.00	Detailed Rate Information Rates: $100.00 to $245.00 per night. Rates include breakfast, fresh baked pastries and cookies, selection from video and book libraries, hors d'oueves when staying in The Manor and all wonderful amenities for which The Yelton Manor is noted. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required. Full payment is due at reservation if within the non-cancellable period. The deposit guarantees payment for the entire reservation; late cancellation owes full fee. Minimum Stays: Two night minimum on weekends; three night minimum for holiday and festival weekends. Payment Methods: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, personal checks and cash accepted. Cancellations: For regular bookings, deposit will be returned if cancellation is made prior to 10 days before scheduled arrival. There is a 30 day cancellation deadline for holidays or special events. Group bookings are payable in full at the time of reservation and are non-changeable, non-cancelable, non-refundable. A $20 per room processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. A shortened stay will be treated as a cancellation. We are a small inn and late cancellations affect us greatly. Sorry, but our policy is firm regardless of the reason for cancellation.
